‘Pause ’ .This artwork is inspired by the satisfaction of hiking to a mountain summit and discovering scenic viewpoints along the way. Arbitrary colours are used to communicate the warmth of blood rushing around your body as you stop to take in the views.
Created with acrylic, spray paint and thread, thread is used to create contrast in colour and subtle texture so that the colours change slightly depending on what angle you are viewing the artwork.
