South Coast NSW Australia
A painting that sings to your heart is what art's all about. I keep my colour palette and compositions simple and let the texture to the rest. I paint every day, creating works that provide colour and conversation for years to come. It's a love game.

About Naomi Crowther
NSW South Coast artist, Naomi Crowther, has held exhibitions from Bungendore to Brunei, selling over 6000 works in the last 20 years including Australian Government acquisitions, commercial and residential commissions, and on Foxtel's 'Selling Houses Australia'. A former writer for Australian Home Beautiful Magazine, Crowther's paintings are known for their thick impasto style, her flair for colour is evident in her ‘Poppies’ and ‘Coastal’ series. Crowther’s story from humble beginnings living in a hay shed to becoming full time successful artist is both compelling and inspiring. A former student of ANU's Institute of the Arts, Crowther also studied Interior Design at Melbourne's RMIT. A self confessed 'nature, ocean and upcylcling' addict, Crowther is more at home at the local beach and recycling centre than in any shopping precinct. Her works often include vintage wallpaper, metallic leaf and found objects such as driftwood and textured fabrics, adding to their unique three dimensional appeal.
