Artist; Kirsty McIntyre
Kirsty McIntyre is a Melbourne artist, currently working with both acrylic and oil paint, painting mainly still life, since 2011.
She is most inspired by the work of Australian still life artists such as Margaret Preston, Margaret Olley and Criss Canning, as well as Matisse, Cezanne & the Scottish colorists.
Whilst initially self taught, in 2017 she has also engaged in lessons with Ron Reynolds, and in 2018 joined the Victorian Artists society, where she is planning a group exhibition in March 2019.
Her work is held in private collections in Paris, New York, New Orleans, and all over Australia.
