Additional Information

Tidal Change is a Professional Artists Acrylic Original Painting on professional box canvas, ready to hang.
My painting started out purely as an exploration of a colour palette I selected with no real end in view. I’ve been wanting to do this for some time. As the painting developed it became an intuitive journey of my elevated view of the coastal area that surrounds me at Noosa. The colours reflected the sea , the dunes and the reefs below. I enjoy the discovery process of removing the top surface of the paint by scratching the top layer away to reveals beautiful contrasting colours below. As I progressed I became somewhat more literal by making these marks reflect the coastal estuaries and the bending branches of melaleucas that live on the coastal fringe of the continent. Professional Atelier Artists Acrylics on Professional deep sided gallery wrapped canvas.
