Inspired by a boat trip to the Island of Inishmurray in Ireland on a stormy day. At the time I was reminded of a part of Ariel’s Song from Shakespeare’s The Tempest:

“Full fathom five thy father lies;
Of his bones are coral made;
Those are pearls that were his eyes:
Nothing of him that doth fade,
But doth suffer a sea-change
Into something rich and strange.”

I am happy to say that we made it to our destination and my friend and I didn’t end up “Full fathom five”.
