Living by the bay has me witness many old fishing boats venture out into the deep waters with long rods and high hopes for "The catch of the day". The Old Salts' skin brown and leathery from the sunshine and salt air, the boats pounded by the ocean and strong winds allowing the precious paintwork to become faded and cracked. This is my interpretation of such an event.
Quality acrylics used giving long lasting rich pigmentation/lustre. Designed on acid free environmentally unbleached cotton duck, triple coated with universal primer and gallery style folded corners. Protective Matte Varnish applied to protect work.
