Additional Information

An original piece of CGI art. A combination of several discrete scenes created in Cinema 4D. Blending modes are used to combine them in Photoshop rather than rendering the merged files in the 3-D software. At this size and resolution it could take weeks! I am aiming for a visually complex composition here: Zen simplicity is wonderful but with this sort of imagery, all so high tech and scientifically imaginative carefully considered, echoing voids are not going to float the boat! The whole surface is treated with an oil paint brush to reign in the techie-ness of it all: “Look at me! I’m a painting.” As if?

Software used: Cinema 4D and Adobe Photoshop. Digital Print on canvas with mirror image gallery border for stretcher.

Packed and posted in mailing tube. No stretcher or frame included.
