Additional Information

This is an original and abstract piece inspired by a conversation I had with my godson who is aged 3. In this conversation he spoke about how he dreams in colours and of his toys. Many adults may think this is simple and perhaps even average, but I was fascinated how as we grow our dreams begin to change and take on a complicated form. How wonderful it would be to simply dream of colours and our favourite toys. This is why the piece has children toys incorporated into it, the colours are bright and bashful.

Painting is done on a primed canvas, the paints used are acrylic. Children toys are firmly glued to the canvas. A child’s party hat is also glued to the canvas.
