Additional Information

The Fountain by Australian Photographer Geoff Birrell  – The Fontana del Pantheon was commissioned by Pope Gregory XIII and is located in the Piazza della Rotonda, Rome, in front of the Roman Pantheon. It was designed by Giacomo Della Porta in 1575 and sculpted out of marble by Leonardo Sormani. In 1711, Pope Clement XI requested that the fountain be modified and had Filippo Barigioni design a new layout.

There are 4 image sizes. Each one is printed using archival pigment inks on 300gsm archival cotton rag paper. There are 4 corresponding framed sizes which include a black timber frame; a glass window (not PVC) and a substantial white acid free mat board. Each framed work is finished with stainless steel wire for immediate hanging. Every work is limited edition and is signed & numbered on the print. Our print run is limited to 25.
