Additional Information

“Take Me ToThe Mountains” is a unique, eye-catching atmospheric abstract acrylic painting stretched and ready to hang. It is framed in beautiful warm Tasmanian Oak float frame, made by a local Blue Mountains wood-craftsman and artisan. A beautiful abstract atmospheric landscape painting depicting the soft lights and long shadows across the Ranges.

This statement piece was created using various techniques combined to allow increased flow, interaction and separation of colours to create interesting patterns of landscape. This is a one-of-a-kind painting of many layers and dimensions that can never be replicated. A gorgeous variety of intense inks and acrylic pigments were used including metallic yellow & rose gold, metallic bronze, metallic copper, metallic silver, light peach and deep greens.

This artwork has been finished with layers of professional grade varnishes for extra protection and a beautiful soft sheen finish. The metallic paint used reflects the shifting light beautifully really bringing the painting to life.
