Affirmation – Forever is a long time, but I want to spend all my sunrises and the rest of my sunsets with you.
The primary significance of the daffodil is rebirth and new beginnings, because it is one of the first perennials to bloom in spring.
These flowers get their name from Narcissus – the Greek god who was so obsessed with his own reflection in the water that he drowned in an attempt to capture his reflection.
According to Greek mythology, that is also why daffodils and other narcissus flowers grow along stream banks.
This artwork is painted during the lock down, a special isolation diary that I wrote with my paint brushes. May we all bloom in our time in the best season. Hope you enjoy this artwork of mine.
