Moody Blues is a take on my love for two of my favourite colours, blue and yellow. I love the way they contract against each other yet still keep a sense of harmony. The colours remind me of summer and days at the beach. Having fun in the sun.

 

Painted on heavy weight premium cotton and stretched. I paint all my sides so that the picture continues around the edge of the canvas this gives it a completed look. I do not leave my sides white. The painting is finished with coats of gloss varnish which will protect the painting and also enhanced the vibrancy of the colours. I hang a brass wire across the back which is attached to Brass D-Rings that are attached within the inside of the wood frame. I prefer this method as it makes the painting sit totally flush against your wall. If you would prefer a different hanging method please email me before purchasing to discuss.
