Golden Garden by Lucinda Leveille – Finally having some rain over Christmas on the Gold Coast (how incredibly lucky are we!) and the gardens are recovering from the dry weather. Not so lucky elsewhere in Australia I’m afraid, but so grateful for the rainfall we have experienced. This piece just couldn’t help but emerge from the paper, as if it grew itself in a golden rush of colour.
If you love this piece but it doesn’t quite suit your space, I would be delighted to work with you to produce an artwork that will work for you and your home, I enjoy commissions and it’s always great to know that this is something uniquely yours.
As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.
The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist pigments.
The artworks on gallery style stretched canvas, do not require framing and are ready to hang, however, a box frame on this style of canvas can dress the painting really well.
The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I like to recycle), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
The painting is executed in inks and watercolours on a lovely heavyweight paper with deckled edges.
