Gold Grass by Lucinda Leveille is a watercolour and ink piece, part of a new series of watercolour works being offered exclusively through Art Lovers Australia.
The idea for this series of watercolours developed on a wet and dreary afternoon spent in the studio with a new delivery of art materials from England. Experimentation mixed with a dollop of inspiration and before you know it an entire series of landscape pieces were envisaged and started to take shape. These first few pieces are just the beginning of an exciting journey.
If you love this piece but it doesn’t quite suit your space, I would be delighted to work with you to produce an artwork that will work for you and your home, I enjoy commissions and it’s always great to know that this is something uniquely yours.
As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.
The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist pigments.
The artworks on gallery style stretched canvas, do not require framing and are ready to hang, however, a box frame on this style of canvas can dress the painting really well.
The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I like to recycle), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
