Where I live, my house backs onto Tomaree National Park NSW, which is full of flowers all year through. So I am very grateful to be able to take daily walks through the most magnificent Australian bush and be able to draw inspiration to create a painting such as Pink Passion Waratah (that is the actual name for the large feature flower in the foreground). An outstanding Australian gem.

My aim is to naturally combine all I have seen, the waratahs, the wattles, the banksias, the gum nuts, the shape of the leaves; into a homely composition within a glass vase. Noticing the twists and turns of the bush. I hope you love the Australian theme as much as I do.
