Additional Information

Bunch of Beauties by Lucinda Leveille is a watercolour piece in the style of a wonderful Japanese artist  – Yuko Nagayama.

I greatly admire this sensitive and talented artist and here I have freely borrowed her technique of copious amounts of water applied to the watercolour paper with large brushes to achieve the wonderful free effects which can be achieved with this great medium when you allow it to have its own way. In addition, I have used a simple complimentary colour scheme of pinks and greens to keep the vibrancy of the colours alive.

This painting is part of a new series in this style of works.

As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.
The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist quality pigments.

The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I do like to recycle when I can!), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
