‘Boats @ Sea’ by Cat Dolphin – This colourful painting is drawn from happy memories, the sailboat is a strong symbol of my childhood and family life. Part of a series of painting that explore our Topsy Turvey world and a vision of a better future – even if it is in our imagination.  If ever there was a time when we needed to surround ourselves with images and colors that infuse feelings of positivity into our environment, it is now.  A cheerful painting which expresses a sense of playful freshness and uplift gives us energy, helping us to recharge as we chart our path forward.

This painting is also the perfect companion piece to ‘Adventure Bay’  which can be displayed as a beautiful diptych.

I am passionate about colour of which there is plenty in this piece. love its energy which reminds me of endless summer days exploring the world.
