Blooming Woodwardii by Gosia Orzechowska – Nature is for me one of the greatest inspiration to see beauty. In this series my inspiration primarily comes from eucalyptus. EUCALYPTS often called gum trees—are icons of the Australian landscape. They are extraordinary, evergreens plants. I attempt to paint my subjects in a way that doesn’t become a simple exercise in rote recording. My works vary from the range of naturalistic styles to abstract patterns. In this series I use wide range of textures, lines, shapes, and colours to convey positive message, to brings people joy to behold.
In this painting I depicted pink eucalyptus in a spontaneous, natural arrangement using wide range of textures, lines and shapes. This painting has very pleasant, uplifting colours.
Painted on stretched canvas with three layers of gloss varnish on the top for protection, framed in wood frame.
This painting was inspired by Sally Boussoualim’s photography.
