Additional Information

Bishops Blooms Too by Lucinda Leveille is a companion piece to Bishops Blooms.

These two pieces are a slight deviation from my all time favourite flower – Queen Ann Lace.  There is a similar flower called Bishops Lace – must have been named by a vicar with a penchant for horticulture I think – considering these are English flowers.  I can actually see him pottering in the vicarage garden tending to his plants and taking notes on new species!.

They are painted on a new paper I recently ordered from England, which is handmade in India – no surface or edge is regular or straight.

If you love this piece but it doesn’t quite suit your space, I would be delighted to work with you to produce an artwork that will work for you and your home, I enjoy commissions and it’s always great to know that this is something uniquely yours.
As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.

Each artwork is signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist pigments.

The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I like to recycle), it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
