Additional Information

ARGALI –  This original painting was inspired by my travels to Northern India and Nepal some years ago.  My standing nude subject has horns upon her head from the Argali Sheep, a sacred animal in Nepal.  She also wears the traditional Nepalese head-dress of turquoise and gold and stands before a background inspired by the bright colours and beautiful designs of buddhist temple decorations in the Himalayan region.

Argali is professionally framed behind UV resistant glass with a square set burnished silver frame over a stone colored mat board. Please note the actual artwork is 31.5×25″ (80x63cm). Including the frame it measures 40.5×32″ (103x81cm).

Please Note:  Due to the limitations and relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. I strive to make my colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
