Festive is a happy and colourful abstract painting using a soft coloured palette. It celebrates life and the land,nature and the homes and animals that accompany it in particular feathered animals, much like my happy hobby farm with ducks, chickens, goats, and dogs. It has a mood of Autumn hence the floating leaves and leafless trees. Work is presented in a Naive manner with a strong focus on simplifying the shapes and images much like a child would. There is quite a lot of movement and pattern with a loose expressive edge to it.
