I’m an intuitive artist and I’ve been creating art my entire life. Everyone has a way to connect and for me its when I create. I become completely lost in the canvas, the colours, the textures, the moment, I feel connected and there’s no place I’d rather be.

I’m a self taught artist and as far back as I can remember I’ve always had art in my life. My mother still reminds me that when I was younger I could draw detailed images before I could put a sentence together. I have early memories of watching artist draw on the footpaths in the City of Melbourne and wanting nothing more than to join in. I still remember it very well, as it was the moment I fell deeply in love with the creation of art.
I believe that we’re all connected as one and that every piece of art created is a way of deepening that connection. What may just appear as a simple painting hanging on a wall to some, can in fact be much more to others. It’s the way I express the shadows and light in my world. For me, life is art.
