Bernadette Salvador

I’m a Sydney based artist who specialises in acrylic and watercolour painting. I began learning to paint at age 12 and have always found art to be a great comfort, pleasure,and regulator. My non-artist life consists mostly of the care and keeping of my two (soon to be three) small children, but despite that I always try to make time for my art.
Spanning a range of styles, my work ranges from the surreal, to macabre, to realism. I enjoy painting weird, surreal work, and for something different also paint realistic watercolour portraits on a commission basis (mostly of babies but have painted adults and even pets!).
