Have you ever swam with a Pilot whale? I was drawn to this singular adult Pilot when he/she swam directly beneath whilst the rest of the pod swam around in every other direction. The midday sun reflected off the depths of the ocean back into my lens creating this surreal underwater capture. This is a truly special image as no photoshop was used in post production to create this incredible underwater affect. Taken in July 2017 in the Pacific Ocean.
